She is a good doctor and surgeon

Dear Administrator,
I was a patient in your day surgery unit at Jones Tower in the Methodist Hospital on December –, 2013.
Dr. Mirwat Sami was my doctor. She is a good doctor and surgeon as I am sure you know. You may not however realize how she connects with her patients and how great she treats them. Her people skills and caring go a long way to maker her a great doctor.
It was the first time in your hospital and I was very impressed with the people we had contact with as well.
I will need eye surgery again in a few months and the peace of mind I have about my doctor, your hospital and the caring people on staff go a long way to make me comfortable.
I wanted you to know about the good people you have.
